The importance of balance. Balance is easily the most underestimated component of human movement in the Fitness Industry.
In sport balance isn’t understated because it is obvious how important it is. (can you imagine a boxer with no balance ?)
One of the problems with “The Fitness Industry” is that most people associate “Fitness” with people lifting a weight in a gym which requires little movement. Normally one or two joints moving at any given time like balance is rarely addressed.
