Benefits of Boxing Training
Boxing training is fantastic fitness training. As mentioned in our previous blog, there are many components of fitness and boxing is one of the sports where every component of fitness is trained and improved.
Boxing is a great fat burning workout, it develops your co-ordination and balance, your cardiovascular endurance skyrockets, you develop greater agility and balance and then add on the other benefits such as increasing muscular strength and power, greater core strength and improve your self esteem!
All of this leads to greater overall athletic development and can help in building weaknesses in other areas of your overall fitness goals or sports performance
And of course, it is a great stress release!
