Benefits of Strength Training Part 2
Hello again! As continuation from our last blog, the benefits of strength training part 2….
Outside of the brilliant benefits discussed in our first section, here are some more reasons to incorporate strength training in to your life…..
Protection of your joints from injury through strengthening muscles, ligaments and tendons
Improvement in posture through strengthening the necessary muscles involved with posture, this also helps with preventing long term postural issues
Prevention or control of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression and obesity
Helps prevent lower back pain through correct strengthening exercises
All of these benefits are of particular interest in today’s society with more of us having jobs where we sit for long periods of time plus sitting on the way to and from work, couple this with the horrible diets a lot of us have, if you don’t include strength training in your regime you stand a greater chance of suffering from some or all of the above.
Once again, you will learn all of this in your cert 3 and 4 in fitness course which is the necessary course to become a personal trainer on the Gold Coast or elsewhere.
